Plant Remaning Team engineer at Vehicle Operations Manufacturing Engineering department (VOME) in Valencia Assembly Plant of Ford Motor Company.Internship consisting of working in the launch of new Transit Connect and S-Max/Galaxy engines, including the definition of assemblying processes in VPS (detailing operations, sequence, timing, tools and sockets), resolution and management of design and manufacturing issues, use of WERS and AIMS, involvement in virtual builds and conduction of physical trials in prototype components, obtaining of specifications of new equipments, evaluations with FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), and support in the implementation of mechanical exoskeletons for reducing back and arms effort.
