Developed world wide air logistics supply chain business solutions by eliciting and analyzing the client's international and national time sensitive transportation requirement, as well as lead and managed a highly effective team of 51 sailors and civilian’s careers in the process. Honored with a Navy Meritorious Service Medal and a Navy Commendation Medal for Logistics excellence.• Ensured all deliverables and requirements were met on time with high quality customer service while providing consultation, leadership and training to project members. The net results over three years was the transport of three hundred thousand sailors and thirty million tons of cargo.• Scheduling efficiencies utilizing international partners to create a “hub a spoke” approach to international air transport which resulted in $354 million in overall savings.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Responsible for orchestrating the aviation safety program for 15 squadrons/60 aircraft and hundreds of aviators to provide time sensitive and real-time information in support of passengers and cargo operations. Habitually interfaced with military and civilian service aviation components and airfield management to adopt and integrate crucial aviation accident reporting procedures involving a highly integrated list of professional contacts to be mobilized at a moment’s notice. Honored with Navy Commendation Service Medal for Safety excellence.• Hand-picked to integrate the Navy’s fleet of 11 Boeing 737 aircraft with an updated flight operations management quality assurance system (FOQA). Tirelessly worked with TELEDYNE programmers and NAVAIR engineers to build a faithful flight analysis profile (FAP) that would correctly analyze recorded flight data that can be easily extracted and then simulated to improve aircrew proficiency, reduce error, and extend longevity of the aircraft.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Over 4 years and in two different locations, mentored and supervised a highly skilled workforce of over 300 personnel in the maintenance and operations of 9 DC-9/C-9B aircraft. Also, qualified as aircraft commander, flying over 600 worldwide flight hours in support of Navy Air Logistics missions. Honored with two Navy Commendation Service medals.• Operations Program Manager supported four C-9B aircraft with a staff of 15 ensured all missions are scheduled, manned, and executed in accordance with all standards while providing outstanding customer support with 100% completion during my tenure. Successfully managed a $6 million operational budget.

Corpus Christi, Texas Area

Led the operational flight training and safety encompassing comprehensive directives for beginning flight students. During the three-year period personally flew over 850 instructional flight hours in support of Naval Aviation. Honored with two separate Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medals for 2006 Instructor Pilot of the Year and for Training Department excellence.• Significantly improved the instructional training and overall flight operations by creating a more effective visual navigation training (VNAV) syllabus. The accredited syllabus was then taught by all initial naval flight training commands comprising 6 squadrons. • Directed the initial instructor training team charged with the instructional training of all new flight instructors. The team was comprised of hand selected pilots whose skill set and training acumen were highly sought after and characterized as “standard” in an effort to keep all flight training equal amongst squadrons.
