• Grew digital capabilities to include 54 self-service and security experiences, which captured 36 million interactions and 677,000 updates per month. In comparison, Schwab’s entire retail call center staff collectively managed 460,000 requests per month.• Designed and managed the digital experience of Schwab’s Login Microsite (LMS), a single enterprise digital domain for login and security settings covering 30 separate web and App properties. Eventually layered in Transmit Security (SaaS) for additional future capabilities.• Introduced device-based 2nd factor authentication to Schwab.com and used non-linear exposure techniques to keep incremental call volumes under 0.5% of daily traffic.• Consolidated and rebuilt the My Profile digital experience while adding Trusted Contact – an abuse prevention feature for older clients who are at higher risks for dementia.• Responsible for creating the new user enrollment flow in support of the OptionsXpress (oX) client migration. Moved 200,000+ oX clients successfully to Schwab in less than a week.• Envisioned, advocated for, and built Schwab’s first digital Security Center, a consolidation of security settings and features within Schwab.com. Experience and architecture was later copied into the login microsite (LMS) and extended to other platforms across the enterprise.• Working with Schwab Bank, launched both the Debit Card Lock/Unlock and Visa Fraud Alert experiences, bringing Schwab banking customers a new level of debit card security.• Recognizing poor data literacy within the Product organization, I taught myself how to write SQL queries to pull data from our Splunk logging engine. Built first business metric dashboards for Schwab Digital Services and started teaching a semi-annual Splunk class for product managers.• Talent magnet and developer. • Created the original Stop Check Payment and VISA Travel Notice applications.• Leveraged voice (Verint) and web (Adobe) analytics to create better versions of Forgot your Password and Forms.• Led Chat and Email Management (CEM) project team over the final 8 months of development. • Rewrote business requirements for the Schwab Global Account (SGA) website; partnered closely with 3rd party vendor to completely transform existing front-end platform into a Schwab-branded experience, while retaining vendor’s high-value functionality

• Designed and managed road, bridge, and utility projects in Williamson and Bell counties. Responsibilities included: Generating Proposals, Engineering Design, Preparation and Submission of Loan applications, and coordination with Federal and State Regulatory Agencies.• Regularly utilized advanced software tools and innovative materials technology to reduce costs and construction lead times

• Collaborated with Michigan-based design engineers and international design teams in Germany and India to ensure that vehicle bumper systems met U.S. and International Safety Standards for vehicular collisions.
