This application is being used to record the activities, assistance, hours, time and attendance of the employees located in different countries to the client GE. This application is being used as a source to generate the payroll.+ This team started solving incidents / requirements on July 2012 and currently they are solving the 45% of the incidents.+ Number of incidents / requirements solved by month (India and Mexico): 500. Mexico contribution (4 resources): 225 (45%). + This project has been evaluated as a success project with a high performance by the managers on India, Mexico and also by the client.+ Work as a configuration manager CM performing code and document versions control.

Client Accredo Health GroupAchievements:+ “Payer Contract” project: Develop an interface in PLSQL to received, process and upload information related with the payers of the patients inside the Accredo main application “RxHome” and allow the users review the data loaded through oracle forms 10g. This tool was delivered with an excellent client satisfaction (zero defects in production environment).Activities:+ Analyze business requirement; propose technical approaches; requirements estimations and technical specifications; coding and unit testing.+ Work on the AIM (Application / Improvement / Maintenance) team to provide production support to the RXHome application in order to fix critical issues.

Achievements:+ The analysis, design and implementation of an interface to feed the sales statistics application to Kellogg de Mexico. This interface was implemented in other countries in Kellogg LA making a customization to each country depending of their business rules (Brazil, Chile, Guatemala, Argentina, Colombia and Puerto Rico). + Apply controls to the sales system processes using Unix shells improving the quality of the information and reducing their delivery time.
