As Director of Operations, I’m vastly experienced in the operations field, specifically in customer service and care.For most of my career I’ve worked at Securitas Direct, it’s been 23 years now, where I’ve grown professionally, taking on higher responsibility roles until I became Director of Operations and member of the Board of Direction in 2001.I have under my care the largest and most modern Alarm Monitoring Station in Europe, form where we manage all the alarm signals for the 1.1 million (and counting) clients that we have in Spain. I’m also head of the customer service, retention, field service and upselling areas of the company.I’m truly passionate about I do in Securitas Direct where I’ve been fortunate to be part of a company made of people that protect people, where we win as a team and work together to continue on leading, innovating and providing the best services to our clients.
