I developed products according to customer standards and specifications, following stages such asthe initial and final drawing, prototypes, experimental tests, and simulations, until the approval of thecustomer.I followed up the whole manufacturing process until the delivery of the approved samples to thecustomer.I led the training of employees on performing and understanding the data of the coefficient of friction test, using DTT equipment (torque-tension determiner).I carried out the studies of the tribological conditions of bolted joints, with the purpose of improving the application.I created all the work instructions and procedures of the torque and tension equipment.I followed up some failure analysis using scanning electron microscope (SEM).

I enhanced tool performance by the use of the finite element software eesy-2-form.I carried out the inspection of tools/products by the use of equipments such as coordinate measuring machine, profilometer and profile projector.I developed all the work instructions of the tooling center, as well as the continual improvement projects.I performed the control of mechanical properties of tools/products using microscopes, durometer and traction testing machine.
