Hello! My name is Raúl Alcalde and I am proud to be a Founding Partner of two beautiful projects like Mambo and Packto and simultaneously I am lucky enough to lead Scharff from the Executive Presidency 🙏🏼For those who don't know, at Scharff we design solutions to logistical challenges, that is, we help people and companies to connect. 🌎Together with a super-talented team from Scharfferos, we designed the organization's strategy, focused mainly on four pillars: strengthening our culture, sophisticating processes, developing technology, and optimizing the use of the information we generate.
