But here I am, immersed in another program to become an expert in coaching, NLP, and emotional intelligence for organizations (you never know when Jedi skills will come in handy in corporate dramas). The real learning is in navigating complex situations and learning from every human being or "those from another planet" working in your organization.I've had the fortune (or perhaps the challenge) of managing multicultural teams, spanning 30 nationalities.
