Tier 3 Enterprise Backup Administrator
Current- Management of new backup projects and Proof of Concepts (PoC), dealing with customers and leading UNICC’s backup team to accomplish ICC’s Service Delivery Agreements.- Design, coordination, preparation, presentation, and implementations of new backup proposals and adapting the old backup strategies to the best security, backup, and industry standards.- Tier 3 expert backup support in troubleshooting backup issues.- Supervision of Tier 2 related activities and daily checks to maintain the infrastructure stable and new features deployed.- Involved in the development, implementation and maintenance of automaton task using Ansible, custom scripts, SharePoint Nintex.- Control of the chargeback process, exceptions, and issues to provide accurate values to finance and customers.- Deep backup strategy review and audit related activities.- Spanning design, configuration, implementation, and daily reports/troubleshooting.- Veeam configuration, implementation, and daily reports/troubleshooting.- Extensive knowledge in Dell/EMC Backup Solutions.- Knowledge in other backup vendors as Rubrik.
