Built an organization to train and coach leaders through challenging experiences such as wilderness excursions, emergency rescue training, rappelling, and mountain climbing. The program participants are motivated to face their fears and grow into better leaders through the Rangers Pathfinders Tactical Adventure Teams. As a trainee, I had to study and train using on-the-job practice to acquire knowledge and skills directly from Japanese firefighters that included emergency medical assistance, water rescue, car accidents, rescue from fire, rescue from low and high angle and more. I was in charge of a 30 feet climbing wall and a crew of 3 people. I assurde safety procedures and supervised everything having to do with anchors, equipment maintenance, and rope techniques during the climbing wall operations. Performed maintenance and upgrades to the climbing wall.
