I'm psyched to be participating in the MetaSkills Challenge put up by Marty Neumeier and Andy Starr of Level C. This is a branding exercise of about three months, no less! Based on Neumeier's book titled Metaskills, participants are put into teams and each team works on an uplift to their chosen brand. Concerning brand, my mission was to evaluate and consider current strategy concerning brand positioning and then further develop initiatives that would allow for a stronger brand identity.For people & culture my mission was to build towards a culture of open and candid dialogue with the aim to engage all employees and empower and motivate them to participate in driving the company forward. This position included sparring, facilitation of dialogue, and 1-on-1 sessioning.
