For over the past twenty years I have dedicated myself to the beverage, restaurant and nightclub industry. Humble beginnings from security services at a high volume bar and night club, to managing two bar and restaurant concepts, and working for critically acclaimed establishments, have earned me well rounded skill sets to handle many aspects of the Hospitality Industry.Experience, knowledge and fine service are just some of the qualities that I bring to the projects I involve myself in. Having worked many positions in bars and restaurants, from back of house, front of house and management give me a serious perspective to the overall experiences an establishment can offer.Currently my focus would be behind the bar, working with and learning from talented people in the field. Creating beverages from the finest ingredients using modern and classical techniques for guests from one to hundreds, has now become a cornerstone of my experience.
