Management and development of the Business Banking Liability product set including current accounts, savings products and term deposits. Working across the bank with channel and operational areas, key requirements for the role are optimizing outcomes for customers and delivering the bank’s business objectives over the short and medium term.Responsibilities included:• Defining and delivering the commercial plan for the Bank’s liability product set.• Manage the liability products to ensure they are interesting to customers and compliant with governance/regulatory policies and standards.• Manages profit levers to ensure that products generate the right return for the bank.• Manage pricing across current account, savings and term deposits tariffs.• Work with cross functional bank teams to design and deliver new products which are compelling for customers, easy to buy and profitable.• Monitor industry, market, competitor and regulatory trends to ensure that opportunities and risk are identified and appropriate plans are implemented.• Ensure that Citi’s products remain competitive and proactively manage their adjustment or if necessary their withdrawal of the market or their migration to new products.• Set the strategic direction for assigned product lines.• Work with Marketing to develop and implement customer contact strategies and marketing tools to support acquisition, retention and cross sale activities• Proposal of rate changes Business Banking Liability products • Monitor industry, market, competitor and regulatory trends to ensure that opportunities and risk are identified and appropriate plans are implemented• Deliver all necessary regulatory and compliance activities for the Liability product suite.

Preparing the annual budget for the program in coordination with STP’s administrative unit.Working together with technical teams of the different entities in the preparation of Terms of Reference (ToRs) as well as evaluation criteria for the different services and goods purchased by the program.Selecting firms and individual consultants to perform specific tasks for the program.Tracking the execution of the different consulting services provided by firms and consultants hired by the Program.Preparing periodic progress reports for the IDB.Review progress and final reports presented by the different consulting firms and consultants hired for the program.Sustaining sessions in coordination with STP’s administrative unit with external auditors to discuss the financial reports of the program.
