• Preparing memos & advisory assignment. Assistance in representation before the Tax authorities and following up with the tax authorities. Assistance in review of tax provisioning and tax audit finalization for audit clients. Understanding of various tax treaties of relevant articles of the treaty in finalizing tax returns• Ensure timely billing is done for the clients and Ensure client trackers, billing trackers, are up to date and provide real time updates. Research tax notices received and correspond with the taxing authority as needed. Provide support, as necessary and often in coordination with external advisors, for local income tax audits.• Coordinate with External Consultants and Global Tax Team to keep relevant stakeholders updated of the changes relating to tax laws and its impact on the business. Manage audits by tax authorities, including assessments & other litigations and protecting the company’s interest by taking correct tax positions.

Assisting in filing tax returns, and planning financial objectives, and streamlining accounting procedures.• Advising management on tax planning, and acquisition and merger of business. Manage the relationship with our external local compliance firms to ensure that all regulatory compliance requirements are completed timely and accurately.• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
