• Technical leader of the operation and projects de infrastructure ensuring the correct attention to the needs of business that are transferred in requirements, incidents due to total or partial unavailability of service, and changes related to different configuration items within the different levels of established services.• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams related to different levels of infrastructure such as cloud, storage, networks, virtualization, operating systems, databases, middleware and applications to organize and structure the operation and projects of clients, in addition to being able to present and explain the technical level of these activities to project managers and customer teams.• Monitoring of the implementation projects requested by our customers and/or external parties, to ensure compliance with the agreed schedules and deliverables and facilitate solutions that help minimize the risks that may arise.• Review of the productivity of the technical team in charge, optimizing the number of hours used, seeking efficiencies within the service hours for a correct performance of the specialists, in addition to validating that these agree with the reported monthly.• Review and reception of the prioritization of attention, for which the current load of the team is reviewed, seeking to redistribute the load efficiently for the attention of the technical team and to be able to meet the attention times without neglecting the business needs that may appear in an unexpected way.• Financial review of the hours claim reported to the accounts, review of the volume of attentions to seek opportunities for improvement in customers at the management and infrastructure level, also to the financial estimate of the opportunities identified for the generation of new business cases and generate with the commercial team new proposals for services to our customers.
