I am the Owner and CEO of Molteni Consulting Group and partner of Martino Wines.I am President-Elect for the International Academy for Quality -IAQ-, served as Chair for the IAQ Quality in Governance Think Tank, am a member of the IAQ Quality in Planet Earth Concerns Think Tank, and a member of the IAQ Quality in Logistics Think Tank. I am an American Society for Quality -ASQ- Fellow and served as an ASQ Board of Directors member in 2017 and 2018. I also served as ASQ Country Counselor in Argentina.I was honored with the Ishikawa Metal by the ASQ. This Medal recognizes an individual or a team whose outstanding leadership has had a major positive impact on the Human aspects of quality.I am a Certified DEC Board member, ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt, and acted as Master Black Belt for the ASQ and for such organizations as ABInBev, The Coca-Cola Company, Telefónica, Mondelèz and other international companies in Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Perú and Uruguay. I am trained as Jonah Jonahs by the Goldratt Institute.I design and lead projects to transform organizations using change management, digitalization, quality awards, continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma and TRIZ, and customer and employee experience, involving people from all levels of the organization, including Boards of Directors. I advise public and private manufacturing and service companies in Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Perú, Uruguay and the USA. Among these ABInBev, Arcor, Andreani, BNP Paribas, Danone, DirecTV, Fundación Temaikèn, LATAM Airlines, Molinos Río de la Plata, Mondelèz, Nextel Communications, SanCor Salud, Sullair, Telefónica of Argentina, The Coca-Cola Company and Zurich. My experience covers airline, agriculture, bank, beverage, entertainment, food, health, insurance, plastic, logistics, metallurgical, telecom and public transport sectors. I trained and coached the teams Gold (2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2019), Silver (2013), and Bronze (2011, 2015 and 2016) ASQ International Team Excellence Award Competition winners.I took part in the creation of the National Quality Award in Argentina and Paraguay, and trained Judges for both. I have also been the Technical Director for the National Team Excellence Award.I wrote the book ‘El Liderazgo del Lean Six Sigma’ and ‘Quality as a Business Strategy’ both with Oscar Cecchi and conducted the National TV program on ‘Excellence and competitivity’.Previously, I served as Total Quality Excellence Coordinator for Ford Motor Argentina and Human Resources Manager for Renault Argentina.
