ACargo is an Uber-for-trucks solution, connecting truck drivers with space available and customers needing cargo delivered in the same direction.In this project, I led a team of developers and QA to enhance their web and Android applications making it production ready in due time.

In charge of more than 15 developers across multiple teams going from web, mobile, automation, and testing.Mainly focus on getting things done, unblocking the team, navigating the enterprise bureaucracy, and of course, delivering high-quality code across multiple teams while enabling all the members to do the same.

Work as a senior xamarin developer in a project that transitions an existing mobile application made in windows mobile to a xamarin.forms app built anew with ReactiveUI and the reactive paradigm.My main responsibilities consist of developing new features, proposing changes, and working hand in hand with business and technical leadership to ensure the best possible outcome in a timely manner.

Worked on a mobile project called TAPP that enables inspectors register all the information they need when they are sent to inspect a given location on a set of specific categories such as fire extinguishers, lights, kitchen hoods among others. This information is saved to a private cloud for storage and report management.I encountered the project behind the deadline for several months and joining a team relatively new to the project. I was originally hired to provide my xamarin expertise to get done tasks quickly but as time progressed, I proactively provided advice on best practices, how to tackle problems, new processes to ensure the quality of the product and help the team evolve their .NET & xamarin knowledge, leaving standard guidelines for this and any upcoming projects they work on the future.Technologies Used: C#, xamarin.forms, appcenter, agile, scrum

Worked on the new portal companies use to register their medicines, drugs, and food products in order for the government to approve their distribution to the public.At the moment of Joining the project, it was almost a year behind the deadline, and an external dev team was hired to fasten the development. My main focus here was defining guidelines and best approaches that enhanced development time as much as possible, developing new features and ensuring interoperation and stability with existing legacy code, all while supervising a team of 5 developers working in an agile setting.Tecnologies used: C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Entity Framework, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery

Typs is a Spanish application that allows employees to withdraw their worked salary without having to wait until the end of the month. The application provides push notifications, withdraw history, and other features that enable users to keep track of how the app is being used.For this project, I was hired to take the idea, transform it into a working application and release it to the stores, all while working closely with the CTO, and the UX designer to have the product they have envisioned.Technologies used: C#, xamarin, xamarin.forms, refit, Polly, fusillade.

Felix Smart is a project composed of two things: a device to manage your personal aquarium remotely and a mobile app to configure the device. Responsibilities go from interacting with clients, provide feedback, advice, and implementation of solutions for the on-going projects.During my stay, I have been tasked with a couple of projects1. A mobile application to allow patients to know how much they will pay for a given procedure, and where to find the closest (and best) doctor to do it. Some of my contributions include reducing duplicated code, proposing new architectural options, implementing best-practices for reusability add new features and provide feedback on coworker's code.2. A mobile-based application (running on a custom-made device) to apply tests to a connected optic fiber or fiber group, customizing test parameters and provide custom user-based cloud storage. Some of my contributions include solving complex bugs, implement large-scale refactoring to simplify overall application architecture, add new features and talk to the client providing implementation feedback and advice.3. A web-based project to keep track of devices sent for repair, the company it was taken to, and the current status. Some of my contributions are bug catching, implementing new administration pages and ensuring communications between the system and the company providing support for the device at hand.
