I'm hired as Program Manager of the PMO for Americas that supports the Program of Outsourcing of IT services to “Anglo American plc” company based in England in the miner´s ruble with worldwide operations. Within the structure of this program was provided a Global PMO based in London with representation in 3 geographic areas where the program was divided. I participate in the launching of the PMO support in setting up the processes of IAD / risk and keep track of these through the logs that were created for this process globally. Along with these activities I have overall responsibility for implementing regionally all management processes, best practices, procedures and standards at regional level. Besides that in my last performance review with my manager I was emphasized for introduce a significant contribution in supporting the transformation, and support in different areas in which I am asked by my abilities.
