(Tolling facilities, joint-ventures and own production sites)-Development and supervision of regional sales strategies.

-Secure supply of Fresh Fruits & Vegetables, mainly avocado, berries, limes, asparagus, bell pepper and tomato.-Programs negotiation with suppliers and clients for yearly supply of F&V.-Supervision of harvesting, quality assurance, packing and logistics.-International teams management. -Sales management.-Negotiation with suppliers on improve of quality, delivery, price and payment terms.

- Supervision of the whole operative food process, since production, payments, logistics and export related to the sales of foods.- Control of the monthly cash flow and annual cash flow of the Business Unit.- Negotiation with suppliers to get the best payment terms available as well as more competitive prices.- Supervision of the new products development.- Supervision of the standardization processes of products.- Quality Procurement Supervision.- Discovery of new opportunities to export to the asian continent.-Mainly focused in fresh avocado, avocado pulp, prickly pear and processed fruits.
