CurrentTasks:UX Research & Design: - Data cleansing and analysis in Access: optimizing modules and analyzing fields to ensure the integrity and accuracy of information.- Redesign of Zoho CRM modules using an Agile methodology, researching with users through interviews, focus groups and UX methodologies (card sorting, usability tests) to create responsive designs in the work modules aligned with user requirements and the needs of the impact strategy, facilitating data collection for subsequent analysis.- Redesign of Zoho CRM modules adapted to the needs of a social organization, addressing needs such as monitoring training, employability, and legal itineraries of people.- Automate processes and create workflows that facilitate CRM usability and reduce user workload and eye strain.Data Analysis & Impact Evaluation:- Collection, modelling, processing and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.- Using Zoho Analytics for quantitative Data Analysis and Visualization.- Creation of a data architecture following the foundation's strategy and facilitating data analysis.- Designing the Theory of Change and selecting the data required for the Impact Assessment needs.- Justification of grants in accordance with the impact strategy.- Collaboration with the Psychology Department of Blanquerna University in the design and implementation of interviews to analyse the impact of projects.- Design and analysis of questionnaires and focus groups with volunteers.
