On project level this means following the specific project description and budget approved by the city council. On municipality level this means following the municipality's guidelines, rules and strategies for the City of Copenhagen, as well relevant legislation, which municipalities are subject to. My inner motivation at my job is the desire to deliver good projects for the citizens, by administering public budgets in a reasonable and correct way, with focus on quality work and ongoing project adjustments, which are value-creating. My role in the municipality is versatile, exciting and involves participating in all project phases, from idea to handover.
