In the Corporate Advertising department, I led a multidisciplinary effort with specialists in legal, marketing, and technology matters to create the following areas:•Sponsorships & Alliances: Developed an evaluation methodology for the sponsorships of Banco Azteca and Elektra. I was also responsible for negotiations in every effort. I obtained substantial savings in contracts each year. Mentioning a few: Arena CDMX (improvement in 60% of the properties and promote a 7% discount on the value already negotiated), Van Gogh Alive (Presenting by Banco Azteca) Atlas FC (Banco Azteca in front of the jersey), Expotendero (Naming Banco Azteca), LFA (official sponsor), Venados de MZT (synergy with Mazatlán FC).•“Hecho en Imagen” Platform: I was responsible for creating a new business, a technological platform that offers the professional services of photographers at an affordable cost. Developed the strategy in the business model, legal framework, technological development, administrative and accounting process, marketing, and commercial effort and generated savings of more than MXN 3.7 million in technological development. I led the implementation, testing, and delivery of an MVP. I also defined an operation process that would link the following areas: systems, legal, administration, accounting, and tax.

I designed a methodology named "Control Tower" for a department involved in product development. Its main objective was maximizing the Bank's product IT development effort, by establishing order and control in the flow of requests from all business areas to the IT developing units, by defining and prioritizing the strategic projects based on their profitability or projected income. Specifically, I designed the operational flow, manuals, and the templates to generate business models for each new project. I acquired solid knowledge and experience in creating strategies for financial products aimed at NSE C+, C, and D.

Constantly I was searching for project opportunities at the local agencies in New York City. I was responsible for finding, analyzing, and applying feasible and attractive projects at city records. My team's and myself mission were successfully lead the positioning of Toll as a constant services provider for NYC public agencies as DDC (Department of Design and Construction), DEP (Department of Environmental Protection), MTA (Metropolitan Transport Authority), and PANYNJ (The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey).

I conducted researching and analysis of initiatives for the new legal framework for private energy generation, commercialization, and distribution through the CFE national grid. I elaborated a feasibility analysis for a wind power farm that could supply energy to street lights in 5 neighborhoods in Chiapas capital city. The electric charge considered was 35 MW, and the initial investment proposed was MXN 180 million. The above was during the approval period of the National Energy Reform.

I supported the calculation for the scope for the Biogas energy generation project for supplying electricity to public lighting and government buildings at Zapopan in Jalisco State. Also, the team I belong to designed the supply and distribution system, using gas-carrying trucks to provide methane to the generators installed in each public facility. We obtained the acceptance of the project by the local government won the tender for the complete project development with a generation capacity of 9 MW.

Design and development of a prototype of a rhythm generator device, which was used for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease patients, which were a part of a research protocol in the department of rehabilitation and physical medicine in this institute. After developing 5 devices, the generators were tested in 25 different patients, from which at least in a 95% this devices worked effectively, improving the quality of life of these people. Development of an app with multimedia manuals to elaborate physical assessments remote during the public campaigns performed by the rehabilitation area of the Institute.
