• Manage and oversee all technical services related operations; Develop and effectively lead team responsible for customer facing support for small, medium, and enterprise clients worldwide. Oversee all help desk operations including taking customer calls and resolving personal computer issues as well as server/network issues for a large customer base in the Chicagoland area. Train help desk technicians, delegate projects, and oversee operations. Bridge link between help desk technicians and field technicians. Also go on-site to customer premises for network implementations and repairs. Reseach and implement current, new, and emerging technologies beneficial to customers and company itself.
