My name is Raunak, but sometimes I go by Raun. I work at West Monroe Partners, a boutique digital services and management consulting firm. As a Consultant in our Operations Excellence practice, I help clients in various industries and market sectors achieve productivity gains above industry standards.I’m an individual who champions inclusion, meritocracy, thorough documentation, hard work, and a meaningful understanding of all the work one accomplishes. In my career I aim to apply continuous process improvement skills and a growth mindset that complements these skills. I thrive in collaborative environments that are based on trust, curiosity, and grit.I graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities with a major in Industrial & Systems Engineering and emphases in Data Analytics and Management.I enjoy connecting and getting to know others. Some of my hobbies and interests outside of work include running, journaling, poetry, reading biographies, meditating, personal finance, sneakers, basketball, and vegetarian/vegan food!
