Raunak is a highly motivated individual who thrives to solve problems and gain knowledge out of his challenges, seeks to utilize his excellent communication skills to connect with people & understand their perspective.Raunak has completed his MA in Human Resources Management & Labour Relations from TISS Mumbai in the batch of 2021-23. During his Master's, he was a member of the Placement Committee. Raunak undertook his Summer Internship in the Group Management Cadre Programme of Mahindra Group, where he worked in the International Operations team of Mahindra Auto. His projects transcended across the domains of employee benefits, employee experience, and policies. He was awarded a Pre-Placement Offer by the Mahindra Group in recognition of his performance.His curiosity in machines drove him to graduate with an engineering degree in Production Engineering. In his quest for holistic development, he gained functional experience in a big corporate, an NGO and a start-up.While working with Rupayaan, he undertook the responsibility to conduct a horde of social surveys to help understand the implementation gaps in the public machinery. While doing so, he was pro-actively involved in organising training sessions, seminars, and awareness programmes. While at ThinqTank, he fully utilised his communication skills and helped familiarize kids with the joys of quizzing. Not only did he thrive in this role which put him on the centre-stage, he also helped his organisation to propel forwards.During his time at Accenture, he worked in an atmosphere where team collaboration, dealing with client needs, and being analytically competent allowed him to move above the skills of an Associate and contribute significantly more to the company's overall success.In college, he ably handled the tasks and objectives of the two clubs he was involved with.
