Talent Acquisition : • Understanding the client’s requirement, sourcing, screening profiles from different job portals. • Briefing candidates regarding job description, company profile and career perspective. • Screening application by conducting preliminary interview. • Scheduling interview for candidates. • Sourcing profiles from various job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Monster gulf, LinkedIn. • Posting ads, bulk mailing. • Maintaining database of candidates. • Responsible for hiring candidates for all levels Entry – Junior – Mid – Senior Management. • Contributing to revenue of company by working on maximum profiles and sharing relevant profiles and getting positions closed. Client Coordination : • Coordinating with domestic as well as international clients. • Coordinating with client’s to close the positions as soon as possible by providing them relevant profiles. • Coordinating interviews with clients, salary negotiations, reference check. • Coordinating with both client and candidates and closing the position so that both of them are satisfied. • Contributing to revenue of company by regular client interaction, Payment follow ups, regarding new positions and providing them better service. Training • Providing training to new joinees. • Making sure all the members of team submit resumes on time and they work efficiently. Team Management : • Assisting my team leader in generating revenues. • Making sure every team member contributes to branch revenue by getting closures. • Managing the team.
