As President And Finance Manager for this organisation, I played a major role in handling the club’s cash flow as well as getting potential funding. I helped the organisation make major changes in their revenue streams and how they approach membership plans to give the club its highest revenue and profits at that point in time. Moreover, I was a major driver in forecasting sales for the club (which included shows and merchandising) which helped us pitch a higher budget requirement from the Student Union and negotiate many perks for the club that helped the Union get a good return on funds provided as well as helped the club improve their services drastically.
