I am a Senior Business Analyst at Gameskraft, the fastest-growing gaming company in India, with over 4 years of experience in the e-commerce and gaming industry. My mission is to leverage data and analytics to enhance crucial business metrics, such as gross commission, net commission, ARPU, ADPU, retention, and reactivation, for the poker business unit of Gameskraft.In my current role, I oversee all aspects of analytics for the poker business, from data analysis to strategic decision-making. I have witnessed and contributed to the remarkable growth of Pocket 52, the poker platform of Gameskraft, from its initial stage to achieving an impressive 8x expansion. I have also implemented automation to streamline daily reporting processes, boosting efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, I work closely with the business finance team to resolve TDS and GST error cases for timely remittance. Previously, I worked at Flipkart, where I owned the customer experience and strategy charter of Flipkart Quick and Grocery business units, driving CX metric improvement and representing the voice of the customers in relevant forums. I also worked on different pilots, AB testing, and experiments to observe customer behavior and design and redesign existing services or products to ensure high-quality CX interaction at each journey node. I hold an MBA degree in Business Economics from Delhi University, and I am skilled in data visualization, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and business strategies.
