In general, I would like to be able to have a positive influence on development strategies in the technological sense, in addition to having fun at work. This is how you serve new markets and new needs. I particularly enjoy the application of applied research and the associated real-life problems. I enjoy learning something new every day and being able to exchange ideas. And to introduce great innovations, the principle must be to put #peoplefirst.I do not accept the existing problems in the use of novel technologies and believe that the greatest breakthroughs in the economic sense can be achieved by using latest technologies with domain knowledge. My research interests include transformers (novel neural network architecture), decision making and game theory. I feel most at home in the currently most exciting industries of mechanical engineering, automotive and aerospace and take great pleasure in implementing custom software-defined processes using Scrum methodology, Continuous Integration, DevOps & MLOps. This involves Big Data technologies and hardware such as Kubernetes and GPU clusters with applied research-oriented methods such as transformers, deep learning, neural networks, supervised/unsupervised/reinforcement learning as the basis of development.
