Mr. Rautiainen works as VP, Finance in the Accountor Group, supporting Group and business area leadership teams in strategic initiatives, M&A, strategic planning and forecasting. He reports to Group CFO and is direct supervisor of two finance professionals.Previously, he has worked as a CFO of two growth companies: Frosmo and DoDreams, being responsible for the finance function and legal, taking the company through two funding rounds. In both companies he was a management team member and a secretary of the Board. Before that, he worked as VP Finance in the Rovio Games business unit, a member of Games management team responsible for Games strategy development, M&A and global finance operations. He acted in a key role in the IPO of Rovio Entertainment.Prior to Rovio Entertainment, Teemu worked as Senior Manager and CFO at Reddal, where he served big and small clients in challenging strategy, business development, program management and financial management topics in multiple industries. Prior to that he worked as Finance Director at Glaston having responsibility over Finance and Control operations of Glaston Machines and Services business areas, and as Business Development Manager and Delivery Center Manager at Glaston Services business area. Before Glaston, Teemu was a Strategy Consultant at Accenture.Mr. Rautiainen has experience from corporate, business unit and portfolio strategy development, operating models and transformation programs, pre- and post-deal M&A, financial management, and operations and service business.
