I am an end-to-end product designer with an aim of digitizing human experiences. After completing graduation in Computer Science in 2009, I started my career as a web designer. Since early days the world of web and mobile fascinated me a lot. While using various websites and mobile apps, I used to find plenty of design / usability issues and I used to think about the solutions. My urge to find the solutions had led me to the path of user experience design.From mere an entrant in the web design industry to deep diving in the world of user experience design, I have come a long way.Over the last 12 years, I have collaborated with a diverse group of product teams, sales teams, business analysts and design teams to create interactive and user centered products. User research, design thinking and user testing are some of the integral parts of my design practice. I love to craft simple but user-friendly experiences by breaking down complex scenarios into workable solutions and have a relentless focus on the user. I have created numerous user design case studies for different projects. I am grateful that I am able to work on various domains like human resources, learning, insurance, finance, crowd funding, etc. in my short career span. My managerial and mentoring style is based on a strong fundamental of giving a complete freedom to my team and mentees, along with occasional guidance when they seek for it. I strongly believe that this way helps bring out the best results. I am a strong learner and always keep an eye on the latest trends and emerging technologies related to my field in the market. Also, I invest considerable time of my work life on learning activities. I make use of industry leading learning platforms like Udemy, LinkedIn learning, etc. to hone my core skills and develop new skills.My recent two projects have won international awards and acclaim in human resource category. My other project had won a prestigious Tata Innovista award in the past.
