• Staffing Manager:
• Managing end-end staffing needs i.e., starting from getting requirements, understanding the skills needed, creating demands in IBM system, procuring resumes with suitable skills, filling the demands.
• Ensuring resources released from ramp-down are quickly confirmed on other accounts/projects so that they didn’t cost our account’s financials.
