Staffing Manager:• Managing end-end staffing needs i.e., starting from getting requirements, understanding the skills needed, creating demands in IBM system, procuring resumes with suitable skills, filling the demands. • Ensuring resources released from ramp-down are quickly confirmed on other accounts/projects so that they didn’t cost our account’s financials. • Managed Bench data: I was responsible for managing bench cost data which accounted to every hour claimed on bench by the resources. This data was shared with Account leadership on daily basis, which in-turn was used as base for GP forecast.• GH Account SPOC: GH SPOC for the account, I’m responsible for managing GH requirement for the account which will involve gathering and fulfilling all GH demands for all the projects in the account. • Managing Sub contractor: Identifying, onboarding, reviewing/validating their claims, off boarding.Operations Manager:• As Manager (Operations) I handle day to day operations of the account. • Managing the Project Financials ie: financial tracking, utilization tracking and control, reviewing and finalizing changes to the forecast, addressing variance related issues and preparing monthly project management review.• Responsible for getting invoices created and delivered to client on time and without any mistakes and responsible for resolving client queries on invoices.• Making recommendations for keeping the project GP close to the solution GP.• Responsible for all account level audits preparation.• Modified the audit checklist and made it more comprehensive.• Successfully handled Geo and GD PMR, DS&P, Background Check audits for the account.• Follow up on SQA audit findings closure.• Status reporting, risk management, issue resolution in general, making sure the project is delivered in budget, on-schedule and within scope.
