Job Summary:Responsible for developing existing Staffency clients by generating new business and educating clients on all service offerings. Collaborate with the clients’ executive leadership and management team as a strategic business partner forecasting needs, reviewing market trends, enhancing customer service, andconducting on site visits and presentations. Requires supporting the program at all times and at times includes support after hours and/or on-call duties for clients.

Assist in the recruitment efforts for healthcare personnel during the onboarding process and ensure accuracy of data for candidate submission. Gather resume and references to build the candidate’s profile. Assist in the quick submittal of appropriate medical personnel for open job orders. Once candidates receive an offer/acceptance, I upload compliance documents to vendor portal and correspond with compliance contact for the vendor. I created the first recruitment support manual and have trained all new employees in this role

Float for multiple positions throughout company to include Receptionist, Human Resources, Data Management, Logistic and Credentialing. Tasks included answering telephone, data entry; ensuring travelers are fully compliant for travel positions across the United States, scanning and uploading documents in our Blue-Sky system and creating ‘Welcome to the Team’ gifts for all new travelers.

Managed multiple medical specialty’s (to include Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Pediatrics and Pulmonary Medicine) in a cost-effective, efficient manner assuring that staff provided high quality care in a courteous and friendly atmosphere.
