I was a Research Scientist, part of a team that developed the world's first successful protocol to manufacture a 400kD protein inducing neurodegeneration. My role involved optimizing in vitro disease models, performing target-specific assays, and utilizing molecular tools to engineer proteins, cell lines, and discover drugs.As a specialist in protein and cell line development, I supported assay development, established disease models, and identified compound targets. Our research made significant advancements in neurodegeneration, informing new prevention and treatment strategies for complex diseases.

I taught BIO 111 Introduction to Biology recitation courses, supporting biology majors at Buffalo State College. My responsibilities included assisting faculty members, proctoring exams, grading tests and homework, and maintaining grade records.

I worked in the lab of K.C. Balaji, MD, a pioneering robotic cancer surgeon. I was a research assistant to Bita Nickkolgh, MD PhD, studying the androgen receptor in human prostate cancer cells.

Led two dozen youth in a park engineering project in conjunction with the Cleveland Department of Water. This involved installing large bio-retention soil landscapes throughout the Cleveland Metroparks system in an effort to remediate combined sewer overflow. I was responsible for project planning, coordination, as well as employee training and supervision.

I researched current and future trends in fossil fuel usage. I interviewed congressional candidates to gain information about their proposed energy policies. I contributed facts to the organization's online database regarding current events and political candidates.
