Equipped with the techno-managerial knowledge and skills in animal science (species: swine, broiler, layer, cattle-beef and dairy, and small animals) and core business functions (emphasis in sales, marketing, and production) to help clients across all levels of uniquely structured organizations understand and realize the benefits of my portfolio of innovative solutions including but not limited to increasing production efficiency and, ultimately, business profitability. We are the UPLB eSPALEKLEK FRATERNITY, an organization exclusive to students at the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) students, founded on February 3, 1970 by a group of intelligent, musically inclined, sports-minded, fun-loving, and good-looking young men from UP Rural High School and UPLB who recognized the need to formalize their barkadahan. From its formation and until present, we have dedicated our existence to the upliftment of our members and the community.

An ex-officio, strengthened the link between the undergraduate Agribusiness Management student body and College of Economics and Management Student Council. Oversaw concerns particular to the BS ABM students and provide relevant international, national, regional, university-wide, and college issues and opportunities.

Liaised with the Chairman in carrying out the vital intra and inter-organizational activities of the committee to ensure the members' embodiment of its values and achievement of objectives.

Worked with the Editor-in-Chief in assessing the compliance of scientific journal submissions to the publishing institution in terms of format and rigor among others and making corresponding edits and suggestions after consultation with PAS' existing connection with the academe such as professors, scientists, and executives of businesses interested in adopting similar technologies and findings.

From its humble beginnings, UPLB eSPALEKLEK started as an informal group composed of talented, sports-minded, and fun-loving UPLB students in the late 60's and early 70's. The group was primarily composed of graduates of UP Rural High School and their college classmates who were all drawn in together due to their shared interests such as basketball, music, church activities, their appeal with girls and a lot more. This group enjoyed each other's company, having lots of fun together and finally decided to create a formal organization. Thus in January 1970, constitutional meetings were held at the Student Union Building for several nights. Though it was not clear as to whether February 3, the organization's anniversary, was the day when the application to the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) was filed or the application was approved on that particular date. But in essence, the organization was finally founded on this day. Following shortly at the first semester of 1970, the first set of officers were elected with Bru Glenn Paje as the first eSPRAKEN (President/Head). The journey of the organization went on as they joined, lost and won in various activities like singing contests, Poknatan, basketball tournaments, bowling tournaments, parties and events. Its public exposure was immeasurable and the character built among its members was unfathomable, creating therefore a welcoming atmosphere that attracted more young men to join the organization. Years went on, UPLB eSPALEKLEK continues its legacy: developing a closer working relationship among its members and the community, and sharing its values and aspirations to the generations of today and those to come.
