Ravendra is an experienced senior Mathematics teacher who has provided teacher mentoring and support in Mathematics to fellow teachers. As a NSW accredited teacher of Mathematics and Physics, Ravendra has taught students from Year 7 up to and including Extension 2 Mathematics in Year 12. He has been recognised by UWS for consistently contributing towards the traineeship of practicum teachers in Mathematics. He also has extensive experience in coaching for Naplan Tests, Year 10 ROSA and HSC in Year 12. It is his expertise in Year 12 Mathematics which has made him a very much sought after teacher. Ravendra has taught at TAFE in Fiji for 10 years, his areas of special focus were Quantitative Methods in Management and Engineering Mathematics. Ravendra is also experienced in teaching selective students and understanding how they learn. He has a passion for developing a student's skill set and preparing them for the selective school exam.

Actively engaged in promoting culture and heritage through cultural celebrations in the Hindu Calendar. Also have interests in building good citizenship values as advocated in scriptures such as Ramayana and Bhagwata through mandali gatherings.

NSW accredited teacher of Languages specializing in Hindi Language. Responsible for teaching of Hindi language and promoting culture.

New South Wales accredited teacher of Mathematics and Physics, currently teaching from Years 7-12 Mathematics. Bonnyrigg High is a partially selective high school.

Lecturing on Quantitave Methods for Management in the Business School and Engineering Mathematics in the School of Electrical Engineering. Has also taught Marine Mathematics in the School of Maritime Studies.
