Key accountabilities-Prepare and handle full sets of tender and construction drawings and specification for renovationand fitting-out works of the Group including offices, outlets and department stores.-Generate design solution based on research and proposed material, lighting and furnitureselection for renovation and fitting-out work of the Group.-Analysis and calculate GFA and linear capacity of store interior and fixtures, in order to increase theefficiency and meet the specific merchandising requirement.-Set up interior design guidelines including drawings and documents for vendors and consultants-Co-ordinate between CBO, Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, the relevant appointedarchitects, consultants and contractors on all design and technical aspects of fitting-out work andconstruction projects-Review, inspect and comment on the drawings and document from the consultants in order tomeet our standard and requirement.-Provide support for project construction in terms of design detail solution and site supervision-Prepare presentation material for all proposed works
