I am passionate about supporting employees through learning and development programs by fostering continuous learning and growth to achieve their career goals! I am currently a Learning & Organizational Development Consultant at Hawai'i Gas. I value building relationships with stakeholders across the company to meet their business objectives through learning programs and initiatives. I utilize active listening and creative problem solving to scope, build, and implement intentional learning solutions. My hope is to support employees and leadership through instructional design expertise, creating inclusive and accessible deliverables.I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business with honors from the University of San Diego in January 2018. During my undergraduate career, I also double minored in Art History and Leadership Studies. I then received a Master of Arts in Higher Education at the University of Arizona in May 2020. Much of my coursework focused around educational technologies and online course design. I held roles in leadership programs, residential life, and faculty affairs. I have learned how to hone and develop my skills, thrive in ambiguity, and model compassionate leadership. I am passionate about design thinking, inclusive programming, and social justice advocacy. My goal as a Learning & Development professional is to create infrastructure that leaves a lasting, positive impact, setting employees and our business up for success.
