Responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing a statewide expansion pilot project with the goal of helping those that are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless and/or preparing to exit institutions gain access to work supports and other public benefits that lead to financial and housing stability. The SSI Ohio Project was launched as a model pilot program after an idea presented by the Governor’s Interagency Council on Homelessness in 2008. As the Growth Manager at the National Exchange Headquarters I built awareness of the National Exchange Club within various states. My main responsibility was to monitor and analyze the growth and retention rates of each club within my 15 state region and develop improvement plans. I traveled to the various clubs to conduct marketing activities, group presentations and worked with the club's leadership on how to improve membership in their state.
