Working as a server I get to meet a diverse crowd of customers every day. I seat them, and take care of their food and beverage needs as well as ensure that they leave with a smile. As a server or employee in general you must work in a fashion that reflects positively on the company. I maintain my scheduled section, help patrons select food by informing them of the top ordered selections, keep the kitchen informed on food orders, check food quality before taking the food to the table, time everything out so that each experience is quick, maintain customer awareness so that their needs are met to the best of my ability, learn names of our customers as well as offer an open ear, thank each customer while they leave and ask to see them again so that their dining experience was quick, personal, and of top quality. Seeing happy, satisfied customers makes me feel fulfilled as an individual.

Greet prospects and ensure to cover criteria needed, complete guest cards of those who call or walk in, file guest cards and paperwork, inspect models before tours, demonstrate knowledge to prospect(s) concerning apartments, apply it to prospect(s) needs, and close sale. Help prospect complete application following Fair Housing requirements, process applications, update apartment availability report, follow up with applicants and prospects on guest cards, help applicants finish appropriate paperwork put in place by property procedures, gather information on surrounding competition, represent company inside and outside work, help advertise property by use of flyers, online ads, etc.

As an employee of Walgreens I participated in many work positions that required attention. I was a Beauty Advisor, Cashier, Stocker, and Sales Floor Associate. Some of my daily tasks included: cash handling, use of cash register, maintaining great customer service as well as relations, merchandising, product ordering, store inventory, guiding and answering customer queries, use of telecommunication services, maintaining signage, displays, and a clean work environment.
