Worked as a Data Science and Analyst Consultant working on multiple data analysis, business intelligence and data modelling projects across multiple domains such as Marketing, Energy Sector and Business Processing Outsourcing. Major Projects Undertaken• Optimize Call Centre Productivity: Worked with a start up call centre in India where I worked with the operations team to understand, analyse and deliver actionable insights highlighting the major factors and pain areas for their day to day operations. The analysis was done on the data collected on their daily call flow per interval, and their online support system. The analysis involved analysing the reasons around their call interval failures and their long ques in the online chat system. Major findings involved long call hold, relatively late responses on chats, long average talk time, recurring calls, employee shortage were some of the key reasons for their call flow interval failure. The analysis was done in R and the dashboard was delivered using Shiny. • AUDIT REPORT DEVELOPMENT – Setting up Auditing data store configuration settings and Configuring Auditing Events. Configuring and enabling the Audit Universe based on MS SQL Server. Capture user metrics about overall usage, no. of actions, refresh times etc. Created Business Intelligence Reports based on Auditing Universe such as: Number of active sessions, Number of Users logged on correctly, Job services running, etc.• Marketing Insights Reporting – This project involved weekly data analysis reporting on different marketing channel spend and maping them to their major KPI’s such as CTR, CPA/CPC, etc. To start with the report was delivered weekly which was then later converted on a live dashboard. The tools used for analysis and dashboarding were R and Tableau.
