Ravi is a global technology leader with over 30 years of experience in business transformation, building large successful businesses in US/Asia, and creating/scaling new businesses. As General Manager of Intel's Data Center business, he transformed the struggling business with a new strategy, business model, product roadmap, and building a talented leadership team. As President of Intel China, he developed Intel's vision and entry strategy, and set-up key partnerships with industry and government entities for future growth. Ravi conceived and launched a highly successful, "intel in it" initiative in Japan, which led to worldwide "intel inside" campaign, and received Intel's most prestigious Intel Achievement Award.Ravi is able to attract top talent, good team builder, leads by example, high energy and impactful, and is very strategic. Cultivates a winning culture with his leadership team who want to work with him again.Ravi is a lifelong learner, and attended a two-year fellowship at Stanford University's Distinguished Careers Institute, where he focused his study in the areas of digital transformation, disruptive innovation, and AI.Ravi served on the board of Singapore American School for five years. He was a key contributor to the Strategy & Leadership renewal committee which led to an aspiring new vision/roadmap for the school, and a new Superintendent.Ravi holds a MS degree in Physics from Oregon State University and attended a four month executive education program at Harvard Business School. Ravi enjoys travelling with his family, and visited over 80 countries. He is a gym enthusiast to stay physically fit.
