I have over 9 years of progressive working experience of serving the hospitality industry in India; U.A.E , .where I gained the exposure and understanding of the work ethics along with opportunity to Strive & look for creative ways and means to enhance guest experience and to keep the property contemporary at all times. Experience in pre-opening, planning and organizing operational requirements for housekeeping guest rooms, front and back of house cleaning as well as linen and uniform rooms operations.Staying committed and constantly reviewing policies and procedures along with overlooking the overall department operations, and recognizing potential talents and grooming them to be successful in their role which has been most rewarding. My involvement with housekeeping's general front line duties and the administrative aspects of the department give me a strong understanding of its responsibility in making a hotel a success.
