Worked as an OTC Analyst along with training employees (Entry and Mid Level) on the tool and providing them with better clarity about the system processes and configuration.

A skilled and diligent SAP functional trainer with 3 years of experience with a hands-on experience with the tool. Sound understanding of business processes and functional areas. Conducted training for the SAP O2C cycle as a Subject Matter Expert.

A trainee learning the new aspects of the corporate life. Joined the training team at Infosys and trained over 500 employees (Entry and Management Level). Communication, Course Designing, Content Ideation, Course Co-ordinator, Public Speaking and more are the areas of my expertise in this role.
