CIB Operations

• Monitoring and supervision of corporate credit portfolio – Pre-Disbursement activities – monitoring of security creation as per policy, execution of facility documents, search with relevant authorities – ROC/SRO/CERSAI etc, Title Search Report, valuation of security, identification of Beneficial Owner, correct account set up in system and sample verification.• Monitoring and supervision of corporate credit portfolio – Post-Disbursement activities – Registration of charge with SRO/CERSAI/ROC, Legal Audit, Stock Audit, Re-KYC and monitoring of other parameters like receipt of Stock Statement, adequate Insurance coverage, FFR, Unit Inspection, End Use of Funds, Irregularity, Renewal Status, Exchange of Information with other lenders, Identification of Early Warning Signals, Receipt of Balance Sheet, Project Progress Report, Acknowledgement of Debt etc.• Supervision & Management of RBI returns – CRILC, Default Reporting (RDB), SMA, RBS, SIBC, CRE & HFC reporting.• Supervision and monitoring of exposure management for corporate portfolio vis-à-vis prudential norms and internal guidelines. Monitoring of Operational Risk – Monitoring of utilization vis-à-vis limits sanction, concentration of exposure rating & industry wise, system level checks for monitoring risks.• Submission of data to commercial Credit Information Companies (CIBIL, Experian, CRIF High Mark) and liaising for improvement in data quality & correctness.• Independently handling system enhancements and automation projects including ADF liaison for accurate and system-based reporting.• Presentation to Top Management, Board etc. at stipulated frequency.• Handling & resolving queries pertaining to Statutory Audit, SOX Audit and Internal Audit.• Handing Asset Quality Review, annual RBI audit and other regulator queries as and when required.• Actively involved in preparation of SOPs, process documents, manual and any other activities initiated within the department.

Project Brief:To create excel based financial plan and power point based business plan template which could be customized for any industry and business as per the need of the client.Objectives:Clients come to Positron Advisory to get a financial and business plan. These plans are essential in getting funding.At the time it took 7-10 days to create the plan and only few people in the organization had the expertise to do that. This project was undertaken to reduce the time as well as the dependency in creating plans.With a template plan available, the time required for creating plan is reduced by almost 50%, increasing productivity and profitability.Also with a template, the dependency is no longer there as any new person can customize the template as per the requirement.
