• Act as a profit centre for Indiabulls.• Assigning monthly targets of revenue and accounts• Training of Managers for current and new products from time to time.• Motivating cross selling of products for incentive benefits by assigning a minimum targets.• People Management.• Managing and comparing Branch Expenses + CTC in proper ratio of Revenues.• Managing compliance within branch by the help of compliance officer.• Proper coordination between channel of hierarchy for assigned work, complaints etc to flow better services to Managers and as well as clients.• Assisting Senior Vice President to recruit RM by taking initial interview.• Encouraging team for weekend calling in Sales MIS for repeating earlier and fresh business.• Providing IDEAS to EVP for activities like rewarding performer of the month, and group activities like small gathering etc
