Established an Offshore Development Centre (technical arm of Agile Learning Inc, USA), As part of Agile Learning, Inc implemented its Education ERP solution, AgileEMIS, for Ministries of Education and their stakeholders. Localized versions of AgileEMIS have been implemented at the National, Regional, District and Individual School Level for improved assessment, monitoring and evaluation, planning, policy formation and review, and information and data sharing. Developed, Deployed, Trained and supported Integrated Mobile GIS Education Management Information Systems, (World’s first integrated SMS-Mobile-GIS-EMIS system) for MINEDUC, RWANDA, MoES, Uganda, MoEVT, Tanzania and MOEZ, Zanzibar Mapped and integrated GPS co-ordinates for 4000 schools in Kampala, Uganda using Agile SAMS lite mobile solution. Managed Installation and training of Agile School EMIS in over 2000 schools across Zanzibar and Mtwara, Tanzania as part of USAID, 21st Century Basic Education Program Managed SMS/Web results publication system development for Rwanda National Examination Council, delivered approximately 1 million combined SMS/Web results Involved in NEPAD (New Partnership for African Development) pilot schools implementation for South Africa, Mauritius, Namibia, Zambia, Ghana and Kenya as Microsoft consortium partners Developed and Deployed Web based School Management System for Taleem group, Dubai Piloted the usage of the Agile School EMIS in specified schools in Vijayawada Municipal Corporation, AP, India. Linked data to Head Offices. AgileEMIS selected by Microsoft as a “Microsoft Best Practice ICT Solution for Governments”.  Selected by USAID as an Education Global Development Alliance Partner.  UNDP selected Agile’s integrated decentralized EMIS solution as “most comprehensive and innovative” for their Southern Africa Capacity Initiative.  Initiate and manage complex Program Management Offices for in USA, Africa, APAC, Middle East, and India .
