• Creation of Material Master and Vendor Master.• Master data Creation and Changes when required.• Understanding the requirement which comes in the form of PR. Selection of Vendor as material.• procurement history or contracts or agreements. Raising Request for quotation to the desired vendor in case of spot buy.• Liaise with vendors and internal clients from various locations and geographies globally for RFP/RFQ and Procurement operations.• Analyze the quotation received from the vendor & Negotiate for the lowest price, technical details, and desired delivery date. Always in market research to get the baseline price for a particular material• Maintain the new Material in the system (Material Master)• Monitoring proper storage & preservation of Material.• Stock transfer process, subcontracting process.• Create physical inventory documents, count maintain & post physical inventory document.
