Research Consultant for capacity building project for strengthening PRIs implemented by WOTR and funded by GTZ.Study conducted on 'Issues in village development process through PRIs' for WOTR as consultant. Developed three Modules of effective implementation for WOTR as consultant. Part of the mapping study conducted by BBU on "Migration patterns of displaced bar dancers since ban".Study conducted by WOTR on the "Triggers of success in participatory watershed development programmes".Conducted study for WOI on "Strategies and possible areas of interventions for vulnerability reduction among women working in bars as waitresses, singers and dancers"Study conducted by Lok Prerana Trust on "Strategies to empower women bar workers to prevent forced migration"Conducted study on "Impact of ban on dance in the bars on bar dancers" for Bhartiya Bargirls Union."From streets to Supreme Court: Battle of outlaws" documentary report on the advocacy work on the issue of bar dancers and their union.Study supported by BBU, Maharashtra on "Push and pull factors behind migration of women belonging to traditional entertaining communities of rural India".Developed training material for Bhartiya Bargirls Union (BBU) for its internal training programme of its members.Study supported by VAK on "Situational analysis: women working in dance bars of Mumbai"Study conducted by WOTR on the development of Post WSD strategies, recommendations of which are now being applied in the Post WSD projects.Study conducted by Vikas Adhyayan Kendra (VAK), Mumbai on 'Gender and food security'.Process Documentation study of CAPA project (poverty alleviation project) implemented by WOTR through its network of 44 NGOs and funded by GTZ in rural Maharashtra on a large scale.
