Actively involved in Loop Checking, Troubleshooting and Commissioning of Field Instruments like Pressure/Flow/ /Level transmitters(Rosemount), Temperature (J, K, E, T, R type of Thermocouple and Pt 100 RTD)(Rosemount), Switches, I/P Converters, Solenoid Valves, Limit Switches, Mass Flow Meters, Displacer type Level transmitter, Radar type of level Transmitter, Coriolis type of flow measurement, Ultrasonic type of flow measurement, Vortex Flow meter, Electromagnetic Flow Meters (Endress Hauser), etc. Preparing as built drawings.Familiarity with design documentation like P&ID, Block diagrams, Hook-up diagrams, Termination diagrams, Loop diagrams, Functional Logic diagrams, Instrument layout diagrams, Specifications and datasheets.Having ability to follow PLC ladder logic and functional block diagram. Expediting with vendors.Preparation of Documents for Quality Audits.Involved in FAT and Inspection activities at vendor yard. Involved in calibration of all types of instruments such as Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature transmitters, switches, Control Valves, gauges etc. Laying of Cable in Cable ducts as per Cable Schedule, Dressing, and Tagging & Carrying out Meggering and Continuity checks from Field to Junction Box and to Control Panels, Checking of proper Grounding systems, Glanding, Terminations etc. Involved in the Instrument Installation, Precommissioning & Commissioning of above instruments.
